Regular Walking

Date and time	The first Saturday of each month 10：00～12:00 (If you want to use the rental poles , please come at 9：45.)
Place	The entrance of Yatsugatake Natural & Culture Park HP→http://www.lcv.ne.jp/~bunkaen/(Japanese only,sorry) For farther information please ask by phone or email.
Fee	Welcome participation day free!
Pole rental	¥ 500 a set (Rental poles are limited (10sets), please make a reservation by mail or phone.)
Schedule	9:45 　・Who wish to rent poles, or biginner 　 ↓　 ・Pole adjustment, the description 10:00　・All member Aggregate 　 ↓　 ・Warming up 10:15　・start 　 ↓　　approximately 6 km Nordic Walking 12:00　・cool-down
